New Island Coaster 'Walking With Dinosaurs' Buses Un-veiled

Island bus firm, Southern Vectis have converted 4 of their double-deck buses for use on their 'Island Coaster' route. The buses have been adapted to carry bicycles and surfboards and carry a new livery to co-inside with the new 'Walking With Dinosaurs' campaign which has been dreamed up by Visit The Isle of Wight .com as the Island prepares for the December launch of the Walking with Dinosaurs 3D Movie. 

The campaign includes a downloadable app for smartphones  
to allow visitors to take a photograph of themselves with an animated dinosaur in the background at six 'meteorites' sites dotted along the route between Yaverland and the Needles. 

Island Coaster now offers 4 return journeys 7 days a week throughout the summer between Ryde and Yarmouth via Alum Bay. To get more information of the Walking With Dinosaur campaign, the meteorite sites and the app, click on the bus image!
