We offer a service to coach operators and group organisers in which we assist in working out Island tour itinerary's, arranging visits in advance and on the day, one of our guides will personally give your passengers a commentary during the tour!* With our local knowledge, it surely would enhance your visit to the Isle of Wight thus leaving your passengers fully satisfied. We also cater for groups who speak the following languages; French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Summary of complete guide package (to our itinerary)
- Plan your tour itinerary around your requirements detailing suggested visit durations, distances and travelling times & provide you with a detailed paper copy.
- Advise you of local attractions and their facilities and suitability for your passengers
- Make any necessary arrangements on your behalf
- Arrange boat trips ect if required
- Provide the services of a experienced local guide on the day of your tour

Basic Terms
Complete guide package needs to be booked ideally at least 21 days in advance of your tour to enable us to prepare your itinerary and make the necessary arrangements. Full package bookings made less than 14 days in advance may incur an additional charge of £25 to cover extra 'urgent' work involved in compiling an itinerary. Itinerary's will normally be sent out via email attachment to enable you to make any changes etc.
We request a £50 deposit upon making a booking with us. Your deposit (and any other monies paid) is only refundable if Island Explorer (hereafter referred to as we/us) have reason to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. if the guide becomes unavailable for what ever reason).
Our guide will require the use of your PA system with a hand held mic.
There is a £5ph surcharge if your group requiring a guide who speaks in an alternative language to that of English (Please see above for other available languages).
Parking charges, entrance fees, gratuities etc are not included. Our itinerary will normally show where charges/entrance fees apply. Our charges includes the guide meeting your coach at your hotel or at any ferry port on the Island on the day of your tour.
Half day tour equates to up to 4 hours inclusive, full day tour equates to up to 8 hours inclusive. Additional hours charged at £25 ph (or part of).
